This is a gift for Taikgwendo.
This drawing took me forever! u_u
I already drew Ipse once, but I wasn't satisfied with the first drawing of him so I decided to draw him again!
He is really hard to draw because of all these scales, and also because he doesn't have a good ref yet.
Luckily, Taikgwendo helped me to correct the mistakes with some amazing little drawings. xD
